WAY TO GO!!!!
The physical education program is based on helping students develop healthy, active lifestyles by experiencing a balance of activities in a positive, responsible, and cooperative environment. These activities include the movement areas of fitness, cooperative education, and team sports/games. It is through these experiences that we address the diverse needs of our students in the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive domains.
Goals of our Physical Education Program at Sarah Noble School:
-To provide a variety of opportunities to develop skills and encourage a lifetime pursuit of healthy living.
-To gain knowledge and proficiency in movement oriented skills, spatial awareness, and the rules of fair play and good sportsmanship.
-To allow each individual to gain an understanding of the human body and to be motivated to maintain its healthful efficiency.
