Connecticut Physical Fitness Test will begin next week (Tuesday 10/14). Weather permitting we hope to be going outside to complete the Mile Run portion of the test. Please dress appropriately for the weather :-) If the weather doesn't cooperate we will stay inside and complete one of the other three tests.

Pacer WarmUp- Check out these warm up ideas/activities to prepare yourself for the Pacer/Mile Run Test
In class each student will complete a goal sheet. Pre Fitness Test goals will be set in October, revised after the Fitness Test Results.
Click on the Pacing Chart and find the "perfect pace" for you to complete 4 laps around our track for the Mile Run. Find a time you would like to run the mile and look at the breakdown of each lap. Remember, it's NOT a race, and everyone will work at their own pace.
